How would you say “I’ve never seen a restaurant LIKE THIS before” is it the same grammar pattern? since I’m not using two nouns but only one, how should you phrase it? Help T.T

What about you ni + verb/adjective?
I saw this pattern in my N4 book, but this whole you ni thing is somewhat confusing to me….
Isn’t it nikkou (and not hikkou)?
