Even when I lived in Japan, I actually never went to 回転寿司, so I haven’t had this experience. I’m a simple man, so when I see タコにぎり or サーモンにぎり that’s my choice. As for the wall, if anyone is interested, it’s まぐろ、たこ、大とろ、えび、いか. Those are tuna, octopus, fatty tuna (belly), shrimp, and squid respectively.

As a side note, I always called 回転寿司 as “sushi-go-round” because I think it’s cute lol
